Veterans Cannabis Care was founded to help provide our nation’s heroes with the relief they deserve. The organization began in 2021 with the belief that cannabis is a more effective and affordable treatment than traditional pharmaceuticals.

Still, the $200 doctor’s fees and $75 state registration costs are too much for many veterans to burden. Veterans make up roughly 25% of the nation’s unhoused population and are also twice as likely to commit or contemplate suicide. We believe marijuana can help many veterans whether they’re suffering from PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, or any other condition.

Currently, we cover a veteran’s initial visit fees and their state registration fee, but we hope to eventually cover all follow-up costs as well.
